Late post for 02/22/2010:
Woke up to a tall glass of Soy Milk and 2 Tablespoons or JIF natural Peanut Butter.
Dinner consisted of left overs from yesterday with 2-3 Tablespoons of Flax Seed Ground Mill. Just mixed in with the corn,peas,tofu,onions,garlic and Navy Beans (Beans are always eaten in most natural form ....and theat would be dry.....boiled for 10mins and then soaked overnight)
lots of water throughout the day and oj with calcium. Also, enjoyed 1 Pepsi and some coffee through out the day with a tad of sugar but not cream of course.
-All good. have dropped 10lbs I'm sure in the last 12 days. Still very surprised that I have had no MAJOR hunger pains or even terrible bad food cravings. I'm sure they will come though
